Place selection valve

The Solenoid Valve on the place selection valve is normally open. Atmospheric pressure enters between the valve cap and membrane through a small channel. The membrane therefore rests on the valve body and interrupts the suction power. The Place Selection Valve has been developed to control the stream of air between the tube holder and suction unit. It is installed in central suction units and blocks the entry of air into those treatment units that are not currently in use (thus preventing suction noise).

• The place selection valve regulates the air flow between the suction unit and the dental chair unit.
• It ensures that vacuum is only applied when it is required, thereby avoiding unnecessary and annoying noises.
• The purpose of the place selection valve is to block/enable the air flow generated by the suction unit between the hose manifold on the dental chair unit and the suction unit.
• The place selection valve can be installed in both dry and wet suction systems.
• The purpose of the place selection valve is to shut off or release the stream of air produced by the suction unit between the suction unit itself and the treatment position tube holder.
